Yes, due to limited capacity in the historic chapel, there is a separate invitation card for guests invited to the ceremony. We thank everyone for understanding and are excited to celebrate with you all at the reception!
What is the attire?
The dress code for our wedding is black tie - Tuxedos for men and floor length evening gowns for women. The ceremony will be indoors, while the cocktail hour and reception have both indoor and outdoor spaces, weather permitting.
Are children invited?
Our wedding will be an adult only celebration. We hope you understand, and take the opportunity to enjoy a date night with us. We appreciate you making accommodations for your children that evening. If you need a recommendation for a sitter, please reach out to us.
What time should I arrive?
We suggest guests that are invited to the ceremony arrive at 5:30 pm, as space is limited. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm.
For guests meeting us at Hotel Bardo, we encourage you to arrive at 7pm for the start of cocktail hour with reception to follow.
Will there be transportation to and from the ceremony?
Yes, for guests invited to the ceremony who need transportation to the Whitefield Chapel, trolly transportation will be provided. The trollies will board promptly at 5pm from Hotel Bardo on East Hall Street. Following the ceremony, guests will be transported back to Hotel Bardo for the cocktail hour and reception.
